1. How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days after purchase. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
3. What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Since we print your order on demand, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, production starts and changes aren’t possible.
4. How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry! Contact us ASAP at contact@dejadesign.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
6. Do your products shrink or fade after washing?
We use high-quality printing and materials to minimize shrinkage and fading. For best results, follow the care instructions included with your product.
7. Can I customize my product with my own message?
Currently, we offer a selection of curated messages on our products. Custom orders are not available yet but stay tuned for updates!
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience and security.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by country.
