Contact DEJA

How to reach DEJA during the private beta: the waitlist for access, the dashboard for support if you are already in, and the public API endpoints for status.

DEJA is in private beta, and the team is small enough that there is no support desk to route you through. There are three ways in, depending on what you need.

You want access

Join the waitlist at deja.design/waitlist, or use the form on the home page. One field, your email address. Spots open in small batches and invitations go out in the order requests arrived. There is no newsletter attached — the only mail you get from a waitlist entry is the invitation itself.

You already use DEJA

Sign in and use the support link in the dashboard. It attaches your organisation and project, which means the answer does not start with three rounds of asking which account you are. Bug reports about the tracker are best filed with a session URL, because the recording usually contains the answer.

You are an agent, or you are integrating

You do not need a person. The developer portal documents the whole public API, the OpenAPI document is loadable directly into a tool loop, and /llms.txt says when reaching for DEJA is the right call. For liveness, GET https://deja.design/api/v1/health answers without a credential.

Privacy and data requests

If you are a visitor to a site that uses DEJA rather than a DEJA customer, the site owner controls the recording and is the party that can delete it — DEJA processes that data on their behalf. The privacy page sets out what is recorded, what is masked, and how long it is kept.

Where DEJA is

DEJA is built by an independent team in Brazil. Business is conducted in English and prices are in USD.
